Junior Suite
Offering the ultimate with our junior suites, each room equipped with a king sized bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom which have a standalone shower and separate roll top bath in the room. A selection of toiletries are included along with robes and slippers. The suites provide a spacious seating area offering a relaxing space to unwind.

Lovely and spacious, our Comfy rooms afford you the luxury of a bigger shower room: perfect for snuggling up in after a day exploring the forest. Our Comfy rooms are on all floors. Accessible Room
Our Comfy Accessible room marry style and comfort to make your stay as relaxing as possible.The has 6ft zip-and-link beds that can be made up for either twin or double occupancy. Located on the ground floor the accessible rooms have wider doorways to the bedroom and bathroom. Wet room facilities are also available in our accessible bedroom.

Cosy Room
With double beds and well-appointed en-suite shower rooms, our cosy rooms on the first and second floor make an excellent base from which to explore the local forest. Rooms include monsoon showers, flat-screen televisions and 1600 individual pocket spring mattresses, not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night's rest and a wonderful relaxed stay. Our cosy rooms have some sloping ceilings.

Our Snug rooms are warm, inviting, unique and individual with TVs, fine Egyptian cotton linen and toiletries in luxury en suite bathrooms.
Please note, those rooms have limited space and are more suited for solo travellers or short stays.

Deposit
Our deposit and cancellation policies differ based on the
rate type booked.
For Flexible rates, you can cancel up until 12 noon the day
before arrival with no charge, no payment taken at time of
booking – payment upon arrival. If you cancel after 12 noon
on the day before arrival (Late Cancellation) or fail to
arrive (No-Show) then we will charge the first night.
For Advance Purchase Rate – Full payment will be taken at
the time of booking. It is not possible to amend or cancel your
booking, this will result in us retaining the payment for your stay.
The credit card used to pay for your booking will need to be
shown on arrival at the hotel.

Pets
Assistance & guide dogs permitted. We welcome well-behaved dogs in selected rooms (please contact the hotel directly to enquire about our dog-friendly rooms), at an additional rate of £20.00 and up to a maximum of 2 dogs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.
Flexible Rate - We will process your refund to the original payment card as soon as we receive your cancellation. The time taken for you to see the credit on your statement does vary, depending on who you work with so please allow 10 working days before you contact us.
Advance Rate – Pre-paid, non-refundable rate. If cancelled or in case of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.
Change a Booking
If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.
